How has Callisto helped you?

Callisto has helped us, my husband and I, in putting things in perspective and recommending products, which we were happy to go ahead with, which had been successful. So obviously, we’re very pleased.

What’s it like working with Callisto? 

Working with Callisto is great, because Andrew gives you a lot of confidence that he knows exactly what he’s doing. He’s got good people working for him, he’s very pleasant to meet up with, he puts things into English. You know, finance can be a scary thing for a lot of people. And he certainly helped me. Before meeting Andrew, I would pretty much say to my husband, “yeah, okay, whatever.” And I appreciate that’s not a clever thing to do. So yeah, I think I’m far more aware.

Describe the service that Callisto offers

Well, I don’t know the full services, because I’m sure there’s probably more than we’re taking advantage of. But certainly from our point of view, he offers the service of looking at your finances, advising you. He helps you do a risk aversion thing, which is very interesting, and doesn’t always come out as you expect.

That helped the three of us together to sit down and decide what we wanted to put our money into, how much risk we wanted to take. We have a meeting with him a couple or three times a year, and he brings us up to date on where everything’s at. And that gives us a great deal of confidence.

What are the key strengths of working with Callisto? 

I’d say the key strengths are definitely trust, which is a big thing for me, especially when you’ve worked all your life so hard to accrue money that has got to take you forward. Andrew is very polite, he’s very personable. He’s very efficient, he keeps us very well informed. So generally speaking, he takes away worry.

What does financial freedom mean to you?

You work hard, you plan, you hope it pans out. You hope to do things as you get older. And by handing a lot of things over to Andrew and taking his advice, it means that, certainly for my husband, he’s free from messing about with finance and moving money and such like.

And it’s given both of us a lot of confidence that you know, we’re on the right track. We’re going forward and life’s good. We can spend more time with the family. We can travel more. And generally speaking, we don’t have any worries.

Would you recommend Callisto? 

Absolutely, without doubt, no hesitation. They’re a great company. I’ve heard lots of horror stories, and we had a previous financial person. And when it came to wanting to do something different, Andrew was recommended. We decided to sit down and speak to him, make up our own minds – and within minutes we both knew “Yeah, this is the guy that we want to put everything with and go forward.”
