Our fees

We believe in being open and transparent about how we'll work together and what we'll charge for our services. Learn more about our fees and what you can expect to pay.

Stage 1

Initial meeting

Before we provide any services to you, we will gather information about your circumstances and needs during an initial meeting.

We will undertake a review of your current investment and pension provision which will include:

  • Establishing your financial planning goals and objectives, and planning for any potential personal and financial transitions
  • Obtaining full details of your current and future assets, liabilities, income and expenditure
  • Reviewing your existing plans to check that they remain suitable for your needs
  • Establishing the amount of investment risk you are comfortable taking and and have subsequent discussions regarding your overall risk profile
  • Identifying whether you need to take any additional actions or make further provision to achieve your goals.

This initial consultation is free of charge.

Stage 2

Producing your financial plan

We charge a fee to implement the investment / retirement strategy we recommend to you which is a percentage of your investment in the tiered bandings as per the table below

Investment
amount
£0 - £250,000
£250,001 - £500,000
£500,001 - £1,000,000
£1,000,001 - £10,000,000
£10,000,001 plus
Percentage

If we agree to work together, we will carry out the following steps:

  • Produce a plan on our findings, recommended actions and approximate timescales
  • Confirm your risk profile and our recommended investment strategy in an Investment Policy Statement
  • Implement any solutions we recommend in a timely manner

If you are at or near retirement and will need to plan for future income withdrawals we will carry out the following additional steps:

  • Produce a lifetime cash flow forecast
  • Produce income sustainability analysis

For example, an investment of £375,000 would have a charge of £250,000 x 1% = £2,500 plus £125,000 x 0.8% = £1,000, total charge £3,500.

An investment of £600,000 would have a charge of £250,000 x 1% = £2,500 plus £250,000 x 0.8% = £2,000 plus £100,000 x 0.6% = £600, total annual charge £5,100.

We have a minimum fee of £400 for processing a Personal Pension Transfer or an ISA Transfer per plan.

We charge a fee of £750 for lifetime cashflow and income sustainability analysis if this is required. This is in addition to the percentage charge for the implementation of our recommendations.
